James Goodman, Chief Executive Officer
James Goodman has served as CEO of Genesis Networks since he founded the company in 2001 and is the driving force behind Genesis’ direction and growth. Mr. Goodman has nearly 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications and information technology industries with more than half of his tenure spent creating and growing two successful companies from the ground up. Prior to his current endeavors, Mr. Goodman held executive positions with Harvard Manufacturing and Bell Atlantic. Mr. Goodman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Sean Nelson, President – Corporate Division
Mr. Nelson has been with Genesis since its beginning in 2001. As a project manager, vice president of operations and now president of the corporate division at Genesis, Mr. Nelson has had a hand in every aspect of the company and has championed its success over the past decade. Mr. Nelson was previously a consultant at SBC Communications and a mathematician and programming analyst at Oberthur Gaming Technologies. Mr. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from The University of the Incarnate Word. In 2010, he was named one of The San Antonio Business Journal’s “40 Under 40.”

Chris Burton, Chief Executive Officer – WaveCreste
Mr. Burton stepped into the role as CEO of WaveCreste upon its formation in May 2011 and was instrumental in molding the direction and vision of the new company. He previously joined Genesis as COO in June 2010 where he was responsible for managing all of Genesis' operations. Mr. Burton has 25 years' experience in the software and services industry, primarily within the Communications industry. Previous to Genesis, he was the President of the North American Communications Divisions for Amdocs and held executive positions with Accenture and Pacific Bell. Mr. Burton holds a BA degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Jesse Torres, Chief Executive Officer – Genesis-ATC
Jesse Torres was appointed CEO of Genesis-ATC in July 2010 when it was formed as a joint venture between Genesis Networks and ATC Technology Corporation. As CEO, Mr. Torres sets the strategy and vision of the company, while overseeing its day-to-day business operations. Mr. Torres brings to Genesis-ATC 30 years of telecommunications industry experience, having held network engineering positions at AT&T, SW Bell and SBC Communications, where he managed the company’s $5 billion DSL supply chain. Prior to his current role, Mr. Torres served as President of Genesis Networks’ Telecom business division where he led efforts instrumental in Genesis’ significant revenue growth from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Torres holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas.

Rick Fitzgerald, President – Genesis Network Integration Services
Mr. Fitzgerald joined the Genesis team from Black Box Network Services when the two companies formed the joint venture Genesis Network Integration Services (GNIS) in December 2010. He brings to the GNIS team more than 30 years of experience in strategic sales and management in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Fitzgerald holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from The American University in Washington, D.C. He was recognized in 2006 by VAR Magazine as a “Top 100 Most Influential Executives in the U.S. Channels Community,” and in 2007 as one of the “Top 25 U.S. Channel Executives You Need to Know.”
